Hello All,

I filed for i129f in January 23th. Since January 28th, my case status online was "On January 28, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F". It's been like this for more than 7 months.

However, today I checked online and noticed the status is still the same but the date has changed to August 7 which is today.

"On August 7, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F"

Does anyone have idea what does that mean ? Did they open the file but sent RFE ?

Thanks

They did something, someone has at least touched your file. In regards to an RFE or approval there's no telling what will happen until it actually happens.
