Welcome back Chas...

I understand that we both hail from a similar neck of the woods... I'm originally from Harrow although it seems like, hmmm, about 364 days since I've been there !! :P

Considering that you guys still haven't even applied for a visa yet your other half has sure done a great job of introducing you both to all the peeps here !!

Best of luck with the visa process once you get it all underway.

Our Full Timeline From K-1 Application through to Receiving my Green Card

Timeline Summary

11/30/2007 - I-751 Mailed to Nebraska

12/28/2007 - NOA Received (application has been forwarded to California)

01/09/2008 - Biometrics taken in St. Louis

03/27/2008 - I-751 Approved, 10 Yr Greencard in the mail !!

12/20/2016 - N-400 mailed to Phoenix lockbox

01/17/2017 - NOA Received

01/25/2017 - Attended biometrics in St. Louis

09/29/2017 - Received I-797C notice dated 09/27/17.  Interview Scheduled for November 6th @ 8am

11/06/2017 - N400 interview in St. Louis.  Approved !!:jest:

02/05/2018 - Notice of Oath Ceremony date received.  March 1st, 2018 @ 8.30am

In Western Canada, Toronto (airport code YYZ, which i saw on the picture) is referred to as "Hogtown".

"Pig" and "hog" refer to the same animal, so...

Harrow huh? Just up the road. When I was over in the US, Tracy took me to an 'English' (cough cough) pub. The barman was from Northolt. :)

Hello Chas,

We are the lovely couple from Tennessee. Hope to be meeting you and Tracy face to face sometime. We live about 45 min from Nashville. By the way, which "English" pub did Tracy take you to? Tony and I went on an excursion to Nashville one day and found the International Market at the Farmer's Market which had some English food ( Yorkshire pudding, Ribena, Branston pickle, Bird's custard, PG tips, and a few other items).

2/28/05- I-129F sent to TSC

7/29/05- Interview date- Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10/06/05-Tony comes home to Tennessee!!!

10/08/05-WE'RE MARRIED!!! I love this man!

11/26/05-filed for emergency AP

11/29/05-filed for AOS/EAD

03/07/06-online EAD approval

03/10/06-received EAD in post and passed driving test (Wow what a day)

07/26/06-AOS Interview---APPROVED!!!!!!

07/31/06-received 'Welcome to America' Letter

08/07/06-received Green card in post wooooooooohoooooooo

03/30/09-received approval to remove conditions!

Cheers Karen! I took him to Lady Godiva in Lebanon. There is a pub near Elliston (I believe its the Sherlock Holmes) that I've been to before. I'll have to mapquest the international market - it will be a lifesaver.

I hadn't seen that anyone else had posted in here. I must direct my darling to revisit his thread! :)(L)

Yup, the Lady Godiva. We had Steak and Kidney Pie and Fish and Chips, played darts, which Tracy's all keen to tell everyone that she whooped my ###!!!! :P:lol:

oh yeah and drank Pints of beer :yes:
