Today..I and my wife went for citizenship interview in Jacksonville.

Both officers are very nice and friendly.

They reviewed the passports, Green card. Didn't ask for driver's license.

Went through N-400 application in detail(especially about residence, work, children,Yes/No Questions etc).

Spouse:

----------

Questions:

1) When was the declaration of independence adopted?

2) Who is the speaker of the house?

3) one largest river in U.S.A

4) Who lived in america before colonists arrived

5) What is the first 10 amendments called?

6) What did Susan Anthony do?

Read - Who is Abraham Lincoln?

Write - Lincoln was the president during Civil war

Me:

---

1) What group of people were taken to america and sold as slaves?

2) Why did colonists fight the British?

3) Who makes federal laws?

4) How many amendments does the constitution have?

5) Name of the vice president?

forgot 6th one

Read -- Who can vote?

Write -- Citizens can vote

reviewing N-400 application before the interview helps a lot.

After that, they recommended us for approval.

I hope this post helps for the applicants that are applying through jacksonville office.

Yea, eventually your status will change to Oath Ceremony, I got my notice to the ceremony right at 1.5 months which is within the official set dates so you should be good!
