Well, considering this is the most approvals I've seen out of tsc since I joined the forum in March, & it started end of July, hopefully come September they'll stop posting a date & go back to 5 months. It'll be impossible to make a service request if they're saying February in September when they're well past it. Hopefully they are catching up...

We received our NOA2 in 25 days from the TSC so I think maybe it varies.

It doesn't really vary: there are the expedited ones (such as the Philippines and that's about it I think) and everyone else (who are generally 6+ months).

At least that's what I've gathered by looking at the timeline database here. USCIS' info isn't contradicting it either.

I will be content with 6 months. Not ideal, and not what I expected when I submitted the application back in early April, but better than what I was starting to expect a month ago (7+ months). TSC seems to be slowly improving- I've got some hope!

Just want to point out the new 6 month processing time is effective as of June 30th. I also feel as though, based on what I've seen on this forum, the TSC seems to have been improving and speeding up within the last month or so. From an optimistic point of view, it would appear as though the info could potentially be outdated based on the more recent approvals. I've read of quite a few January NOA1s being approved in the last few weeks (probably resulting in the new 6 month average), and now approvals seem to be spilling over into many of the February NOA1 dates.

Then again, I could just be anxious as my 5.5 month mark is tomorrow. In any case, just trying to keep my chin up and everyone else should do the same. Really can't get too much worse. Patience really is a virtue. Hahahahaha. :)

Yes, I'm a December filer, and I got approved On July 24Th (6 months and 3 weeks exactly) counting from NOA1 not from filing date. Now, my case has not yet been shipped to NVC. While others who have gotten approved same day or even days after, had receive their Text/Message that theirs has been sent out. Frustrating, not only for the waiting period from NOA1 to NOA2, but also, to be shipped to NVC and now, not only USCIS has fallen behind, but NVC/DOS are having delays too. Also, those waiting for their Visas to be handed to them, are left at AP (Administrative Processing) due to the Global Glitch with the issuance of U.S Visas. Either you get Lucky with this whole process or you either join the rest of us! Nothing we can do except be patient! Which, thanks to this whole K-1 Visa I started to hate the word.

Considering it's August, and Feb filers started getting approved, that's 6 months waiting so i'd say it's spot on at the moment.

Well, for some, it's slighlty over 5 months. Then again, it's 7+ for others. In any case, I agree with Zack<3Katiuska: either you get lucky or you don't, unfortunately. Just speaks to the remarkable flaws involved with this process/system.
