I usually don't do satire, since I can't hide the link like MBD does. I read this and felt like this would fit in here.

“Hate is too great a burden to bear. It injures the hater more than it injures the hated.” – Coretta Scott King

"Oppressive language does more than represent violence; it is violence; does more than represent the limits of knowledge; it limits knowledge." -Toni Morrison

He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it.

Well gee Marvo, some folks think it does fit in here. I personally, don't. But that's just my 2

Honestly, I know it's a joke. The punchline is when someone leaps in and either agrees with a completely ludicrous idea simply because it's someone from their political base, or goes into complete meltdown mode because they honestly believes it to be true.

You mean like the meltdown some had when I posted my absurd Ebola story. One poster even scolded me as to. How dare I post that on Vj.

What's sad is, I can't tell if this is satire, or did someone catch her talking off the mic and tried to cover it up by claiming it's satire?

That's what makes good satire - plausibility.

Yeah but that wasn't satire. Even though it almost had to be, that shite was actually real.
