Hello, Today i got checklist cover letter from NCIS that i

1.must include 2013 tax and income information

2.Written statement indicating why did i not file 2013 federal income tax returns

3.2013 IRS tax schedules

4.2013 Federal Income tax returns IRS Printouts

5.2013 W-2 Forms or IRS tax transcripts!

Since i am the Applicant and my wife is the Petitioner this is refered to my wife i864.

My wifes total gross incoming in 2013 are 4743$ as a part time worker, and according to IRS guidelines she doesnt need to file for tax return in 2013. Now we are asking whats our next step, should we write an statement and indicating that she dont file 2013 tax returns because as IRS guidelines says that she doesnt need to file!

Since im not yet in USA for IRS the filling status for my wife is SINGLE and to file taxes she need at least have 11000$ for 2013

we are new and alone on this so im asking for further instructions please

You need to give them what they asked for, a copy of her W-2 and a statement saying that she was not required to file.

Spousal Visa

NOA-1 8-2-2018 TSC

NOA-2 3-15-2019
