Hi,

Our i130 got approved on July 25th. I'm trying to plan the next year and am very confused with the time estimates.

So far, I've gathered that it would take:

1 month to get a case number

2 weeks for ds261 and Aos invoice

1 week for bill to clear and at this point I'm to send the Aos packet

2 months for Aos to clear? Then IV will be invoiced

2 months for IV to clear

1 month until interview

So 7 more months after i130 took 6 months?

Am I completely off? Any comments on these numbers would be much appreciated!

Thanks
