Depending on the date of CC, minimum wait is 2 weeks, while the maximum is one month provided your PD is current.

Its because their priority dates are NOT current, due to the recent F2A retrogression.

What is your PD? Its so hard to give advice if no timeline is provided.

Its a wait-and-see situation. No one can predict for sure. Even if you get CC tomorrow, you need the VB cut-off to move beyond your PD to get an I/L.

Yeah you are right. Hope it becomes currnet in oct. lets see. ur timeline shows it takes around 3 months to have visa in hand after being current even , i think thats the minimum period

Now you're referring to the visa. The I/L is given one and a half months ahead of the actual interview date so you can have enough time do the medical and gather additional documents. If you're from the Philippines there's also the dreaded sputum culture. After interview, hopefully you don't get 221g for additional documents because that can also add weeks of delay.

One of my fren got the IL although her PD is not current... her PD is 30th May, 2012... That means will i get IL next month as my PD is may 16, 2013. We have 1 month gap of case completion....
