NVC sent me an email that made my heart skipped beats.

Last night, i received an email from nvc saying that they received my response for checklist last july 16. And just an hour ago, i received another email. I thought, it's already an email about my interview schedule but the email says that nvc received my documents last august 6 which is just yesterday. Just so you know, i sent the documents last july 14 through usps-pm.

What does the second email indicate? Does this mean the case is already complete or is this something i should really worry about?

Similarly, I am waiting for a receipt of,: DS-260, Lawyer submitted the DS-260 , and did not receive a confirmation.

I read something to this effect: electronic submission of DS-260, should produce an automatic email response shortly after.

Additionally, the immigration invoice payment center (website), has listed "INCOMPLETE" for "IV Application"

I am currently on track for CR-1 visa for my wife.

If the IV application is showing imcomplete on the website, that means it has not been submitted and yes there's usually a confirmation page after submission. The new rule is that beneficiaries has to come with the confirmation page of the DS-260 on the day of the interview.

You should tell your lawyer to go thru the form again and make sure he/she submits it.

Maybe its a glitch in their system. But you should call NVC to be rest assured.
