I'm Applying for AOS but I would like to know if I still need to pay the $480 for the I-30 because someone told me that I just need to pay the $1070 for the I-485 since I'm sending both forms together. Is this true??

No. How about reading instructions for I-130 and I-485 which is the ultimate source of info in this case ? There are other important information in there you may want to read about before sending out petitions...

Or that would be that obvious ?

hi

it depends on which visa you entered from. Only people who filed a K1 fiancé visa or Cubans adjusting under the wet foot, dry foot policy

but if you have an F1 student visa, then you have to send all the forms, not just those two. there are more forms to send, please read the guides

Hi,

Don't simply rely on what someone told you.

Always read the instructions for the forms to confirm what people tell you. This includes the people here.
