Well, why don't you two spit it out....

I wasn't trying to be offensive. It just seems as though she does not care, and this is a serious issue to forget such important details during an interview relating to her immigration status. Has she always been like this? You mentioned previously she has said divorce. That's pretty serious.

No offense taken, She certainly is not caring towards anything important. I havn't got that figured yet. But it appears that important must do things are hard for her. And she can't read or write a lick of English . And yup, she has been a chronic whiner for a divorce / to go back to China , since she got here. Then the next day its like nothing happened. I see USCIS updated our case to say they received the address change.

Okay, I spit: she was not mindful enough to remember important details which is sloppy and stupid. your previous posts about her hating life in the u.s. (which i'm not sure if it's now resolved?) and her asking for a divorce just make me think she doesn't want to do this anymore.

Is she always that flippy-floppy? That would drive me mental.

Uh , yup.. Every day flippy floppy. Everythings great , or sucks. She said she didn't remember the other address because we don't live there. And they asked where we live , not what address is on the paperwork. She said 4 bedrooms because we have two apartments with different addresses under the same roof , even though ones unoccupied. Because they said house not address. And HOUSE is both places.

Oh now I remember you. Your profile's name sounds familiar. It seems like she hasn't changed yet.

Well props to you for trying to get through this while she's always been up and down. I'm really not sure on what else to say other than unless she can change herself, this behaviour won't change.

It's confusing how she can fail all of those questions though. But she seemed fine the next day, maybe she's just naturally oblivious to such things?

I hope that you can sort this out.

I can think of only two possibilities:

1) Take her to counseling or medical help for her behavior OR

2) As she doesn't seem to care a dime about marriage, try to work it out till you have patience... if she doesnt change, move on..

Not to remember things it's not a problem here, but things such as " I want a divorce" "I want to go back to China" it shows me that she doesn't care about you at all,or she didn't grow up yet, because it's a childish behavior.Find a more mature person to share your life. You should think twice if she is the kind the person you want to have by your side.

You said she didn't learn English yet,did she ask to study English?does she show any interest to learn English? if not,man you are wasting your time. When you are doing your best for the person to interact with locals, learn the language, visiting places, you are giving your all to someone, and its not enough, you are giving it to the wrong person man.

Seems like you are in a tight spot.... Since you don't have any kids with her... I will have to agree with quite a few posters here.... RUN!!!!

But ’tis a common proof
That lowliness is young ambition’s ladder,
Whereto the climber upward turns his face.
But when he once attains the upmost round,
He then unto the ladder turns his back,
Looks in the clouds, scorning the base degrees
By which he did ascend.

Brother - I am sorry she not pay attention to the need for prep, prior to the interview.

You two went into a mini-stokes interview, and it smells like it failed.

But I dunno, really about the result or outcome. I will pray for you two, that the IO can approve the case.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

The wife said were living in my other house , which we are, Which is not the address that is on the paperwork. She knew the address we used on all our paperwork and interviews , and biometrics was the same. But she forgot. Because she only likes to worry about Chinese web sites and where to shop at. For coach purses, and other fashion #######. Instead of looking at our application. Because she said she doesn't need too.

They kicked me out, called in an interpreter , then questioned her in private, called me back in, and damn near accused me of having a fake marriage. They made a big deal about her having a back injury, and about our sleeping arrangements. Of course she answered every question wrong. For instance how many bedrooms do you have. She said 4 , I said 2. How many hours a day does your husband work . She said 8. I said 12. Whats your zip code 44102, I said 44055.

So I'm screwed. Furthermore , every interview she fails, every single one. Because she don't think about anything she says. And we have to do biometrics over again. Because twice it doesn't take.

Then I get home and she starts the Once a week, I want a divorce, and , or move out, or go to a hotel, and go

back to China rant.

So I made the address change on USCIS

, because she cant remember S_ _ _

And that about sums that up.

I am sorry your having issues!!

You're being used my friend.

She is a spoiled brat who likely wants the green card, but can't even focus enough to get real life matters in order to pass the interview.

Rest assured if she gets the green card, she'll be gone soon after.
