K1 visa - Question about address change.

Hey Everyone, I was wondering if you could help me out ---

My fiance and myself are applying for the K1-visa. We got our NOA1 on April 9 2014, (It was sent to the Texas Service Center.)

My question:

My fiance had to move. We have not heard anything back yet about the NOA2. Who should I contact to let them know about the address change?
