DS160 question about travel please help

The DS 160 asks about the countries you've been, but in the past 2 years I've been traveling around Europe and didn't got any stamps in my passport so do I have to write the countries I visited or I just need to base everything in the visa stamps I have in my passport? I'm Confused now and also can I pay the visa fee and make an interview appointment even I haven't received any packet 3 list? the CEAC website says that my case is ready for interview. My embassy/consulate will be in Sweden. Hope somebody can help me :) thank you!
