Not able to print Visa for worlwide technical problems

Hi guys I send an e mail to my Consulate to know about my case and I receive and automatic reply:

"Please Note: Due to a staffing shortage, some emails and scheduling requests for IVs will not be answered for up to 7 business days; currently the Consulate has no free appointments for Immigrant Visa interviews until July, 2014. The Consulate apologizes for these delays and any inconvenience they may cause. Resending your message will not result in a quicker response.

Someone have received the same reply?

No one can tell how long can take this big problem??

The data base crashed last saturday 19.

This problem is afecting all embassy around the world.

All the time they say that they are working on it.

Yes, but they are working but below their capacity, they say that soon they will be full capacity.
