have not received form I-797 (NOA 1)

Hi, I am so confused. So its been 20 business days since I have received an e-mail for my NOA1. I received and e-mail from USCIS last July 08, 2014 saying that I should receive my Notice of Action (NOA1) form I-797 thru standard mail within 7-10 days but until now still no form yet.

So I called the USCIS customer service and talked to a representative asking about not receiving my NOA1 thru mail and she said it will take 30 days to process my I-130 form and to receive my form I-797, but I called back a couple of days again because I was not satisfied with the with the first representative, and the second representative told me that if I have not receive my form I-797 or my NOA1 within 10 days it might have got lost in the mail and they don't send any duplicate copy. Please can someone enlighten me with this situation. I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

The 7-10 days are business days. However, due to the service centers workload it can take longer to get the NOA 1. Please be patient. At least you did get a confirmation email from the USCIS enlightening you that it has been received. You have a long ways to go in the process, no need to start getting impatient yet.

Hi Annem, I have received my Notice of Action but my mailing address is wrong. I called NVC to update my mailing address but the operator said they can not do anything until my application is in their system.
