K1 Filing - Evidence?

Hi

My fiance will hopefully be sending off all our stuff at the end of next week.

We have met one another 7 times, all via flights.

I have all the online emails confirming flight reservations which we're going to include, and also a few of the boarding passes as well.

Also have 3 hotel reservation emails which we're including.

Do you think it is worth getting copies of my bank and credit cards showing the ticket purchases? Or are the emails and selection of boarding passes/baggage claims enough?

I could order phone bills for each month, but that would take a week or so, so have included 3. Do you think this is enough??

He has a few bills showing text messages to me, but only about 2-3. Do you think he should order a year's worth?

We have photos of the both of us only on two occasions, but photos with him and my son on 3-4 occasions, would they be helpful to include?

On another topic, can I check that my fiance's birth certificate, my birth certificate and my son's need to be included?

As well as biographic information forms for all three of us?

Forgot to say he also has maybe 7-8 cards with envelopes which we were thinking of including, only thing while the envelopes are stamped, I didn't put my return address on them...Would they still accept these?

In our package we included his flight tickets from 2 trips, baggage claims stubs ,copys of the stamps in his passport and I-94, about 8 pics of us together, a few letters from friends and family stating they met him and witnessed our relationship. The phone bills and stamped enevelops are probably better for the interview instead of the I-129f because that doesnt really prove you met in person in the past 2 years never hurts to send copies of it anyway IMO.

Sam and I hadn't included any phone bills or our first trip's plane ticket, but we still got approved!!!

Take it easy girl, it's not that hard to get their approval from what I see for our case.

I included the cr cards showing purchase of plane ticket, hotel bills and showing where i took money out as cash as well as the bording passes, passport stamps, things relating to you actually being together. There were some phone bills, couple emails but more save to show the continued relationship after filing.

Right now you just have to prove that you have met within the past 2 yrs. The phone bills, letters, cards and thing of that nature would be useful during the interview to prove the on going relationship. Right now I would just send proof of meeting within the past 2 yrs.
