Ones the AOS is paid, do you have to wait from the NVC to send you something, if I am not mistaken, the AOS form and / or instructions? Or you can download this form together with the instructions and what documents to send in the AOS packet?

Also, do we have to mail the same AOS packet to the beneficiary to bring at their interview?

Hello! You do not have to wait for any instructions from NVC. At this point, download and fill out the forms and print the cover sheet barcode for your AOS and send it. It is advisable that you will send a copy of the whole I-130 package to your wife including supporting documents such ITR, original divorce papers if applicable. Here is the link for the cover letter for the AOS this will give you an idea of what to include to your AOS packet. I included another link for your guide at NVC stage. It needs a little bit of reading but it is all worth it.

Oh, hi thank you for your reply....no the I-130 is for my children ( minor children - step children of my USC husband who petitioned them since I am an LPR yet ) ) . Sorry to confuse you.
