Do I have to send the I-129F packet to the Dallas Lockbox or do I just send it to the proper servicing center?

All of them go to the Dallas lockbox where they are then distributed to the appropriate service center.

If you're sending via USPS, it goes to the Dallas address. If you're using any courier service, it goes to the Lewisville one. From there it will be routed to the appropriate service center based on your state of residence.

If you use USPS Express, it also goes to Lewisville. Doesn't take long. I sent mine on Saturday and it was there on Monday morning. Just got my NOA1 text and e-mail a few minutes ago, too. Off to a good start.
