In my opinion, the total number of noa2 approved and the average of days to get approved decrease and increase respectively from May to July due to summer holidays.

Thanks for the graph. I don't think they have long summer holidays in the US though unlike in Europe that has summer holidays for weeks. But I do observed the approvals are slow lately and even this month, no NOA2 approval yet at Igor's list.
