This chart shows the averages of NOA2 of k1 visa in USCIS CALIFRONIA in last MAY, JUNE and July 2014.:

days to get NOA2 without and with references

total of number of NOA2 approved

total NOA2 without and with references aproved

In my opinion, the total number of noa2 approved and the average of days to get approved decrease and increase respectively from May to July due to summer holidays.

Thanks for the graph. I don't think they have long summer holidays in the US though unlike in Europe that has summer holidays for weeks. But I do observed the approvals are slow lately and even this month, no NOA2 approval yet at Igor's list. :(

AOS Journey:

March 30 - AOS/EAD/AP sent

April 2 - USCIS received

April 9 - NOA1

May 6 - Biometrics

May 7 - Case is ready for interview

May 21 - Request for EAD expedite

May 26 - contact congressman for EAD expedite

June 1 - EAD card in production

June 2 - EAD approved

June 6 - EAD/AP combo card received
