Hi All,

We received our NOA1 on May 14th, however when we check on "https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do" the case number does not appear... it says "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

We tried calling the number but no luck with it.. any advice? are other people in the same situation?

thanks

Mine is the same, says "case cannot be found". I filed an i90. My case is with NBC. When I did infopass I asked that to the IO and she has no idea why the website cannot show my case status. She said that as long as my case shows up in THEIR system, it's all good.

Guess I would just rely on the actual paper (hard copy) notice.

I tried calling that number too and didn't get any useful info from a Tier 2. They're clueless too. :dead:
