Just Received notification that my Green Card was mailed! Now what?

So I checked my case status today and found out that they just ordered my green card for me and to allow 30 days for it to arrive! Hooray!
I know about renewing green cards 2 years after they've been issued if you were married for less than 2 years when it arrived (that's no problem)
But what happens when my Employment Authorization card expires? Have my employment rights changed now that I have permanent-resident status? Do I need to inform my employer of my new status?
I'd love if you can help give me some advice

Your GC gives you the right to work by itself, so you no longer have need for your EAD. You do not need to notify your employer about your GC being approved, but you can, if you choose to.

You need to apply for ROC before your 2 year green card expires. The window opens up 90 days prior to your 2 year mark of date of approval on your NOA that you will recieve shortly.

As I understand it the ROC window opens up 90 days before the expiry date on the conditional GC.

What now? well wait for it to be delivered, mine took only a couple of days from when it went to card production, you should get an e mail or text if you signed up with a USPS tracking number on it. They send it 2 day priority mail.
