Hello!

I came to America Approximately three weeks ago with immigration visa (CR1 marriage) before moving I paid a fee for GREEN CARD, and at the airport I gave all the documents with no problems at all, but have not received GREEN CARD or SSN yet,

Can anyone advise what to do how to check the status of their acceptance?

Well its pretty early for either. But for the SSN just go to your local office and check and apply if need be you should be in system.

Green card you can track on the site you paid (ELIS).

By the way Welcome.

Green-Card still on "STATUS DETAILS: Your application/petition has been accepted and is pending review." I also spoke with USCIS on phone and they told me to wait for 45 days and they can't tell me anything before that.

SSN: I wen to their office two weeks ago and they told me that i suppose to get the SSN bu mail until this week but I still didn't received any thing.

any advice?

You can go back to the SSA office and apply for the SSN.

Take everything you need before you go including a filled out form and your passport.

Keep checking your ELIS to see when you may recieve the hard copy green card. Takes 1-3 months "normally."

It took my cousin's husband like 2 months to get his GC, even though the fee was paid prior to entry. Also they chose the option to have the SSN applied with the DS-260, it never came.

You should be able to go in to the SSA and apply for it with the stamp on your passport from POE.

This stamp serves as a temporary GC, for all intents and purposes, for one year until you receive your actual card. So feel free to use it for anything you would need to do as an LPR.
