i've got my ISSUED status yesterday and i want to check and track my visa/passport but once i enter my passport number or tried to enter my manila case # but there is no status update available for the passport number submitted. what does it mean? any other way to check my visa/passport and trace?

2go tracking :

If youre a k1 or non-immigrant visa applicant, use your UID from ustraveldocs (the number beside your email address on your dashboard or the number below the barcode of the appointment confirmation page).

All Immigrant Visa applicants may use their case number that starts with MNLXXXXXXXXXX.

Hope this helps.

Congrats to those who got approved and got their visas already! God bless! ☺✈

Where did you opt to get your passport/visa, was it at a 2go center or delivered? You need to check 2go to see if that have it.

Your status on CEAC will not change from ISSUED.   Being the 22nd was a holiday your visa package may not of been pickup by 2GO until Friday or Monday

You should check tracking with 2G0, most times you can use your MNL# for this (with the K-1 sometimes 2GO uses the UID # from the interview confirmation page)

To track your visa status on the CEAC use the link below ( K-1 is processed as an immigrant visa) :
https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA==

To track your visa status on USTRAVELDOCS this link is an option:
http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-passportretrieve.asp#trackingoptions

Here is a list for 2GO locations:
http://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/tools/outlets.asp

Tracking your visa through 2GO:  (2GO tracking may use the MNL#, passport # or UID number from the interview confirmation page)

http://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/tools/tracking.asp

~  2 days after ISSUED  you can try to call 2GO at this number to check status 901-1404  (2GO picks up the visa packages from the embassy at 5PM weekdays)

*Dashboard is blank on USTRAVELDOC*

After the interview, finding you dashboard on USTRAVELDOCS blank is very common.  You have 24 hrs after the interview to update your registered DELIVERY ADDRESS for your visa, if you want to change it.  After the 24 hours everything will go blank, then once the visa is issued all your data will appear again.

One Additional Way Of Checking your Passport/Visa Status

You can verify the status by sending your passport number as the SUBJECT and email to

passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com

If you receive an automated reply that says "Not Delivered," then your passport is  ready for pick-up at
the 2GO branch you selected.

Prior to "Not delivered," the status would be "Transit from post."

Hi! Is anyone here same case as mine, I was interviewed last Nov-14-2018, it went really well and got approved without 221g and my status in CEAC changed to issued last Nov-19-2018 but up until now I haven’t received my passport/visa yet. It’s been 2 weeks (More than 10 days) since the interview and 7 working days after ISSUED in the system and there is no status update from the passport number submitted in ustraveldocs.com, invalid in 2go tracker using the Passport #, UID or Case No. and I already called the Embassy Call Center couple of times, still they can’t answer me directly what the delay is all about and always advise me to wait for the text notification from 2go. They said they are only limited to track the passport/visa once it was sent out from the post and they don’t have the service to follow-up the status of the visa application. How come it was already issued in the system but there is no sign that it will be out for delivery? ☹️

It has only been 5 working days since issued ... you need to be patient a little longer.   (could be only 4 days if the embassy wasn't working with a "full crew" on Friday) .

ISSUED only means that your visa has been officially approved, the visa still has to be affixed in the passport and packaged for delivery ... with a holiday in the mx I am sure there is a longer waiting line for this until they are caught up.

2GO only picks up visa packages at the end of each day.   In your case that may be either Monday or Tuesday because of the holiday.     ... patience.
