Yes it can be a bit painful to see messages of POE's for people who filed after you and haven't even received NOA2 yet. I stopped (at least I tried real hard) reading CSC threads for that very reason. Now there will be more of a balance but then we get a second whammy of watching transfers getting approved before us..lol. Just can't win. It's like we are stuck in purgatory...somewhere in the middle. Oh well, some day...try not to let it stress you. :)

Yeah... why didn't they transfer the cases that were the earliest? They really don't care about the logic.

Ya I even don't understand the case number logic, because if I go up with the last number, there are 129f cases they got an earlier date of the changed alien registration number, who knows

OMG we did call tx with my fiancé and they told us still processing December 31 cases they not even touched our case yet they said wait 3 more months that means 8 months to get my noa 2 ????? whyyyyyy is taking so long omg they are so slow ...

They always say the earliest months they are working on at the moment. Let that not discourage you. But check here - they are actually already working on so many March an April petitions!

Maybe because he/she is noticing March filers reaching 6 months and not in that 50% :(:clock:

My glass is half empty now that I am past 6 months (181 days today) and draining fast.

I hope you have better luck than I and several January and remaining February filers have had with this miserable process.

Agree.. that's not a happy looking timeline . you're pretty active on this site.. have you called and talked to a Tier 2 or anyone? It's got to be close surely...

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

I believe so, for now Texas timeline is getting shorter every day. Now we see April petitions getting approved every day.

But since you have been waiting for 6 month already, your approval is coming any day! Maybe even today!

Finally I'm so happy noa2 in our home today ... We are one step closer to be together again .. 6 months seems like eternity but finally arrived today .. Good luck who still waiting don't give up .. Thanks everyone for being part of this amazing journey .... I wish all the best I will keep u all informed about what's next
