Last year was their GCs 10 year anniversary and so I helped them filled out 2 applications and paid the $900. Everything went smoothly because they have gotten all the notifications in the mail from the USCIS office up until the approval letters say that they should be receiving their cards in 30 days. But after 1 month past by and nothing was showing in the mail. I got panic and called the 1800 CS number. The girl on the phone told me that they don't have any tracking numbers for my mom's card even though she can tell when it was shipped. My dad on the other hand has a tracking number attached to his and it showed it was delivered in early June but none of them got their cards. I tried to contact the 1800 people again and this time this girl won't even bother to look into their inquires because it hasn't been over 30days yet since I last called (3 weeks ago).

It is just so frustrating and I am worrying sick. Because this can be a black hole if their cards keep getting lost in the mail. I just faxed all the information I can provide to my district congressman's office to see if they can provide with any help. I mean how can both of their cards got lost when they got all the communication letters from the USCIS before the final cards were sent. Especially it sounds weird that my mom's card doesn't have a tracking number. Maybe this might proved they f'd up at least on my mom's card?
