Ok, first of all, I would like to say, this is RIDICULOUS!. I filed for my fiancé back in March 2014, every months we felt like the NOA2 is coming soon, well. it has been 5 months and still counting, no NOA2. The worst part is, others filed after us and they have been approved. Another, the processing times states Dec 17, 2013, like SERIOUSLY.

I contacted the Texas senates, both Cruz and Cronyn or wateva, they telling me what I had already know. Nevertheless, my question,

how long do we have to wait to get this process done. this should have been a quick and faster process. I even did info pass, nothing forth coming. I am tired of late crying, solo acting in the house, everything. If I had known, I could have gone and did the spouse since that is 5 months process.

Anyone feeling the same issue I am experiencing. Well since the senates cant do much neither can the infopass B.S.

any tips, ideas, anyone.

First of all fill out your time line and you could probably get a better idea of how long the waits are at TSC. :time:

It is ridiculous but realistically TSC is processing mid January to very early February filers right now. Take a look at Igor;s list (http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=3&option=3&sortby=2) and you can get an idea of what petitions are currently being processed according to when NOA 1 was received. Take a look at the January or February TSC threads (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/481749-january-2014-tsc-filers/page-109#entry7166947 or http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/493659-february-2014-tsc-filers/page-18#entry7167188) and you can see that there are many many people still waiting that filed before you. If you see any approvals for filers that submitted applications after your March submission then they were either processed at the California Service Center, the beneficiary was from the Philippines, or there was an approved expedite.

Some people feel that getting senators and what not involved help to speed up the process. I'm not one of those people. But I'm sure it couldn't hurt. USCIS won't really listen to you or anyone else unless you are outside the posted processing time which is currently December 17th as you mentioned. Although, everyone knows the posted processing times are bs.

I have the same situation... this is a BAD JOKE AND IS RIDUCULOUS like you said... My fiance and i decided to apply for this K1 visa because they told us the processing time of this visa was 5 months and now they have a HUGE Backlogs... honestly I wanted to be with my fiance in Christmas but I lose all my hopes.. I talked with someone in the US Embassy here in my country before we filled and they said Aprox 5 months on USCIS and then 1 month for the interview this (K1 visa) NOW is almost like the I-130 spouses visa ... that's why we apply for k1 because they say quick and faster ..

And in all this forums the only ones with NOA2 are the FELIPINOS That it.. ( no offense) ..

I just hope all this sh.it... ends really SOON!!! :protest::ranting::clock:

Hey neighbor (From Denton).

I catch myself getting down, a lot since I have now been waiting since January. I called right when I got to the 5 month mark and that's when the date was updated to 5.5 months. Then called again and again when I was outside of that. Unfortunately, USCIS customer service only tells us what we see online, nothing more. TSC is way behind. But a few people timeline shows they got there NOA2, who cases is after Dec. 17, 2013. So that's kinda good news.

We are so close to the TSC, some days I just want to go up there and yell at someone.

The link will give you an idea on the processing time.

Talked to a lot of people about which visa to do, and they said this was the fastest. Just our luck huh.

Don't give up, our time will come.

If you look in January & February you'll see petitions have been approved a lot faster over the last two weeks. If they keep this up they should be inching into March by the end of this month & hopefully inching into my month (April) by the end of September. I know it sucks that the posted processing dates are two months behind cuz it screws anyone from filing an inquiry. Keep your chin up & just communicate with your fiancé. It sucks, I know. Had I known there would be such a delay I'd've used a friends address to file who lives out west. (Cheating, I know but I didn't do it) or we would have just gotten married & filed. Thing is, the US marriage portion may be faster, but there's still other steps involved that drag it out for a yearish.

Our case is cut & dry, so I can only hope that there aren't any complications. Good luck to you...

I am the petitioner.

For those still waiting look at our timeline. God Bless you and just keep the faith. We waited 7 months and 20 days for a response for our NOA2. We are now in the interview stage at the US Embassy in Peru. Our interview is scheduled for August 11. Today was the medical all went well. The Clinic promised us the results by August 8th so we are good to go. I know this is torture to experience such a long period of waiting but in time you will be approved and then watch out it goes very fast.

The kindness we give to others may never be recognized by the ugly souls we encounter in the vast jungle of humanity, but what we give will echo brilliantly in the smiles of those who have received it.

We don't needs any discouragement or baffling words. We need to encourage each others in this long process time and in due time, everything will be a past stories.

Thanks twofers for ur kind words.

We sent our application package to the embassy back in January and called them a bunch of times always receiving bad news, but we just receive our text update and the update online saying we've been approved and they are sending us our information package and etc! Just be patient !! It's coming
