hello VJ my case is currently at NVC and i applied for expidiate and it was approved it's over one month nothing from NVC and when i called they told me to wait until after review they will send to embassy and today i got another crazy email saying 60 days this is ridiculous

is that the right process for Expidiate

I can't tell you whether it is right or wrong but can only share my experience. My understanding was that if you applied for an expedite and it was approved your case was immediately sent to the embassy. I applied for an expedite as well and it was accepted. I received a letter in the mail last monday saying that they accepted and that my case was being sent immediately to the embassy and that the NVC no longer has anything to do with my case it will all be done at the embassy. Now, i dont know if that has something to do specifically with the embassy or not. My case has already left and arrived at the embassy from which i am filing.

If you in fact received your expedite, my opinion is that it should not still be at the NVC at all. But like i said, not sure if that is an embassy specific reason.
