When does USCIS update the Processing Times website?

I've noticed that they seem to update in the beginning of every month, but as my wife's case is only about a week and a half away from green card interview scheduling, I'm anxiously checking every day to see if they've updated it. For people that check the USCIS processing times frequently, how often and when throughout each month do they tend to post updates? Thanks!
