We just got Our NOA2 yesterday (01/16/2015) ??✨✨ 151 Days no RFE THANK GOD. It's close Guys for those still waiting.

USCIS (CR-1)

August 12th, 2014: I-130 Mailed

August 13th, 2014: I-130 was received by AZ lockbox and transferred to Nebraska SC

August 15th, 2014: NOA1 by E-mail

August 22nd, 2014: Received NOA1 by Mail

February 2nd, 2015: USCIS Approved 1-130 petition (175 days)

February 10th, 2015: Case Status on USCIS website (We sent your case to the Department of State for visa Processing)

February 13th, 2015: Received NOA2 by Mail

NVC (CR-1)

February 17th, 2015: Case Received at NVC

February 27th, 2015: Case & Invoice ID numbers assigned

February 27th, 2015: Submitted DS-261

March 3rd, 2015: AOS bill paid

March 4th, 2015: NVC welcome letter received by postal mail.

March 6th, 2015: Sent both AOS & IV packages via fedex (didn't opt for EP)

March 9th, 2015: packages arrived at NVC office (fedex tracking showed delivered)

March 14th, 2015: received official letter from NVC stating receipt of packages and March 9th, 2015 as the scan date

March 18th, 2015: AOS fee rejected (due to glitch during payment and possibly human error in imputing the bank details )

March 18th, 2015: RE-PAID AOS fee

March 19th, 2015: AOS fee accepted (changed from "in process" to "paid)

March 24th, 2015: DS 261 was reviewed

March 25th, 2015: IV fee was invoiced

March 25th, 2015: IV fee paid - "in process"

March 27th, 2015: IV Payment changed to "paid"

March 27th, 2015: DS 260 completed

March 30th, 2015: Case complete .....21 days from scan date

April 6th,2015: Official case complete email received.

April 22nd,2015: Received interview letter (p4)

April 22nd,2015: Booked medical at medisys for may 6th,2015

May 6th, 2015: Completed Medical

May 11th, 2015: Collected medical result.

May 15th, 2015: Interview appointment - Approved :dancing::dance::dancing: "As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord"

May 21st, 2015: Visa received "It is not of him that willeth nor of him that runneth but of God that showeth mercy"

May 31th, 2015: Port of Entry at Pearsons airport Toronto

Hey August Peeps...

Just checking in.... how are you all doing??

I am 6 days away from the 5 month mark and am getting really antsy..... I just want to move to the next stage!! LOL :)

On Igor's List, the recent NOA2's are showing quite a few August NOA1's from Texas so I know they are working through our files...... Just really anxious for an employee to grab the box with our files in it to review.... and hope my daughters files are in the same box as mine! LOL :)

Hi, Im getting ready to start. the CR1 process an reading the information I am confused with a few things. Can anyone offer me some assistance I will greatly appreciate it. One concern is my Fiance soon to be husband live in Ghana. when I submit my CR1 form I know some of the documents that we must use to provide evidence of a marriage is like joint leases an names on insurance card and bank accounts, I didnt think any of these things could be done until he was actually in the states. am i thinking wrong? how did you guys do it an what evidence did you send? thanks in advance for any help

Nebraska approved our I-130 morning. I did not receive an email text notice (I am signed up for alerts), but our attorney did! USCIS website shows us approved! Very happy today. Hope the next stage goes faster (I-130 was accepted Aug 6, 2014 and approved Jan 22, 2015). My husband and I would love to spend our first wedding anniversary (Apr 19) together in our home, so keeping my fingers crossed :) Good luck to all still waiting. Keep checking uscis website and hang in there! Hugs.

Nebraska approved our I-130 morning. I did not receive an email text notice (I am signed up for alerts), but our attorney did! USCIS website shows us approved! Very happy today. Hope the next stage goes faster (I-130 was accepted Aug 6, 2014 and approved Jan 22, 2015).
