I don't even know who to believe anymore. The NSC or the Igor's list? Which one is more accurate?hopefully we both get great news before the end of this month.

I really hope it is not right! She told me she was looking at a posting from the NSC and that's what it said, but based on Igor's list, July dates are getting NOA2's. Well....I guess we just have to be patient

My two cents.... Igor's list is data pulled from here, the Visa Journey timelines, and we are only a small cross section of what the Service Centers are doing..... the bulletins the SC's publish are the oldest dates they've got (or close to). It seems between what we see others getting here on the VJ forums and what the "official publication" shows will always have a 6-8 week difference....

TSC says they're working on early July, but we've had two August filers get their NOA2's around Christmas. They were lucky to be in the box that got pulled.... my NOA1 is also 8/26, and I'm getting antsy!! LOL!!

Best wishes all!!

Sorry but are you calling USCIS from Mexico? If so, how do you do that?

Thanks

Dear August Filers,

Hope you all are inline for good news or already have received it.

My I-130 was approved on the 20th November and sent to NVC.

I am still awaiting for my NVC case number. There has been no correspondence from NVC.

Tried calling them yesterday on 603-334-0700 but it on being busy.

Usually how long does it take to get NVC case number ? Will I receive any letter ?

Will they reply if i send them an email to ask about my case number ?

Cheers.

I am Aug 4 and yet to have any news. My husband called and they told him pretty much nothing. After asking the same questions in twenty different ways, he found out that:

1. He needs to wait at least 30-45 days more before being considered "out of processing time"

2. It is not likely to receive an RFE at this point (past the 5 month mark). But as I have SEEN it happen to other people, I don't trust that.

He said they were very evasive, they do not want to be quoted and as such they share near to zero information.

When I see the similar timelines, I realize two people from Mexico have received their NOA2, but those are cases from mid to late July. I think we still have a few more weeks to go.

We have to wait and be patient. I am hoping for an approval of all August filers.
