We tried to call at least once a week as the wait time is crazy, so far, we got no case # nor IIN... Guess we need to be more patient <_<

By the way, my I-130 was approved on Oct 20 and my case wasn't there until Nov 3.

10-21-18 N-400 Electronic filing.

10-29-18 Received biometrics notification.

11-26-18 Biometrics taken.

07-12-19 Interview letter received.

08-20-19 Interview passed!

08-30-19 N-445 Notice of Naturalization Oat Ceremony received.

09-24-19 Attended Naturalization Oat Ceremony, My wife is now an U.S. Citizen!

 

I-130 Wife filing for her parents.

09-25-19 I-130 for both her parents sent to Phoenix Lock Box.

10--04-10 NOA1 Received from Texas Service Center, priority date: 09-27-19

04-13-20 NOA2 received from USCIS for her mom. 04-14-20 NVC Welcome email received for her mom.

06-08-20 NOA2 received from USCIS for her father. 06-09-20 NVC email received for her father.

08/2020 Case completed at NVC, now just waiting for their interviews in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
07/2021 Received appointment to attend interview in Ciudad Juarez.
08/23/2021 First interview to basically drop off all the civil documents as requested, they waited about 3 hours.
08/24/2021 Second interview - This is the real interview with a State Dept Agent.  They waited for about 3 hours again before called in. Interview lasted about 5 minute.  -- approved!
10/09/2021 POE: California - Welcome to the USA.

10/09/2021 Paid for Green Card.

12/12/2021 Still waiting for GC's & SS#

....if I say it enough, maybe I'll start to believe it... Tomorrow is 3 months sitting on a shelf in TSC. I know I've got at least a couple more months to go..... But **sigh**.... Hearing something positive would be great!!

08-03-2017 Daughter and I completed biometrics; May 2018 - I had to redo my biometrics (reason unknown)

07-13-2018 I-551 extension stamp (12 mths) obtained at USCIS office in Detroit

09-20-2018 Transferred to TSC

10-15-2018 Text notification "New Card Being Produced"   YAY!!

14-DEC-2015 They "touched" and update my case file at the embassy, still under AP

28-DEC-2015 They touched my file again...still under AP

29-DEC-2015 !!!! VISA ISSUED - According to CEAC site...yay!! (now waiting to see when we can pick up)

Time is passing by but at least it's passing. 3 months gone ~ better than being day 1 ... off to the post. TSC is moving but just not as fast as we'd like. Soon Guys. We just need to keep positive and get reading for the next round.

I'd say we seem to have a pretty great group of filers here ;) Thanks for keeping the positive energy up :) I'm adding my own good vibes to the mix :D

Can't wait to start cheering the NOA2's as they come in :)

Remember to read through what you need for stage two at the NVC so you're prepped and ready..... the latest news is that they don't want the originals sent in - only photocopies :) yay!

Tomorrow it will be four months in for me... I am adding to the positive vibes and hoping you all have a swift approval!

I leave SF back to Mexico today. Sad to leave my husband but hopeful that the process is moving along. More confident to come back and visit and just very grateful for this support group.

Glad you were able to visit your husband. I am going to Africa in February for two weeks. I cant wait! My four months will be on December 6th. Lets hope the 5 months holds true! Good luck to you and everyone here!

Another August filer here... NOA2 receipt seems so very far away...

I'm hoping the holiday season doesn't slow them down too much!

Looking forward to seeing some approvals come through on VJ :)

Check out the NVC thread they have here monthly - especially the first post!!!! (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/524875-nvc-filers-december-2014/).... and read Saylin's wiki on the NVC process (http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process)

These are an absolute goldmine for information!!! And be sure to read very carefully!! It seems most people are getting checklists because the enter the wrong income numbers on the I-864 or I-864ez, or they miss the military question and leave it blank......

In the downtime while waiting for our NOA2 (still waiting.....) I am a bit of a research nut and have been reading the NVC threads every month to see what others are doing.......
