Any of the August filers that are at the Nebraska service center have an update on the USCIS website about their case??? I got my notice in the end of August and its been a month and the USCIS website still says your case cannot be found at this time. I would like to know if anyone else is getting this same message?

After sending back the RFE and USCIS receiving it yesterday, they sent a note saying that they will continue on with my application. After updating my VJ timeline, I finally got a date for estimated adjudication! October 3-5! I was surprised at that considering that it took 24 days just to get the evidence back to them. We'll see, VJ, we will see.

Hi Mansor,

My priority date is Aug 4th , and about a week after I received my NOA1, I could track my case online which is still in "initial review" phase . I recommend you to call the customer service to see what the problem is. I think as far as you have your case number you should be ok. But it doesn't hurt to call them.

All the very best wishes,

As of today I can't track my case either and it now has been over 1 month since they sent me the receipt via mail.

The other day when I called USCIS, I told them that I have not received anything in the mail but they had cashed my check.

The customer rep could not find my receipt online either so he transferred me to a second tier (immigration official) and he was able to find my receipt on their system.

I asked him how come I was not able to track it down online and he told me that if the system was down when my application was received and entered into their system that I might not ever be able to track it myself.

He said that these applications are taken about 5 months to adjudicate, so to wait about 4 more months.

NOA2 is in the mail!

Congrats!

Ours was sent to the Nebraska center, a.k.a. "Black Hole" where any application that lands there disrupts the space-time continuum.

Can't even track the application online!

Just FYI mine was also filed arround same time frame as yours and was not showing status online.

Only once I applied for K3 and that got update then both started showing online status.

You might want to try that :-)

received my NOA1 on august 11st. Hoping for no RFE's cuz I included only copy of my marriage certificate in the package, no other evidences. also hope that the NVC will speed up with the process, seems like they're getting slower. Anyone know the average time it takes for the NVC to process now? Best wishes for you all!!!

As of now, It seems , NVC part takes around 5 months!! That is what I have been told by immigration lawyers and also the VisaJourney says so. Hopefully it becomes faster.

Good luck!
