Hi All,

Im looking at peoples timelines and see that cases are being touched, touched again etc etc..

Our AOS was transfered to CSC in October 2006 and we never recieved any letters from CSC.

Nor has there been reference to it being touched when I check the status online.

Its been a long wait now, its 166 days. So we should be complete with the whole process by now.

Our reciept date is Aug 8th 2006.

Is this normal?

Marko_AZ, I have the exact same receipt date as you, only I was transferred to CSC a month before you. I have not been touched since the transfer, but according to a USCIS customer rep I spoke with it's apparently not too unusual to have them not update the online case status. However you should have received something in the mail telling you that they have now transferred your case. It looks very much like the receipt notice they sent you for AOS except it says it was transferred. If you didn't receive this I would call the 1-800 number and see why you never received it.

Very curious about the letter. I will call them to find out whats up. I did however work out the "touched" that i keep seeing in peoples timelines. Its the Last Updated colum in the online profile you can use to get emails sent to you.

So apparently mine was "touched" on Jan 15th 2007 yey! at least they are looking at it!!!

Its kinda exiting after not seeing any evidence of the case being looked at for so long!!
