I couldnt help but notice, this morning, the TSC noa1 date processed jumped from jan 28 to feb 10. My NOA1 was feb 3.... should I be worried? Im going to call today during business ours, but I think most of us have experienced how disapointing those calls can be.

Ive noticed a few posts about being accepted by people with dates a day before mine, two days after....congrats....but man id like to get in that group!!

If you mean here on VJ then that's not accurate at all, it's based on people entering (often incorrect) data on their timelines.

I think the last official notice from TSC was that they were (still) working on 17th December.

The official table off the web does say 17th December, but it also says at the top that the table is correct as of May 31st. So its 2 months and more out of date.

Yep, and when you phone they say 17th December even though they've been saying that for weeks and weeks now. You can see from Igor's list that they've started processing January so, OP, you hopefully won't have to wait too much longer.

Try also change your last digit of your receipt number when you are checking status at USCIS case status site. It will give you some clue if you are near approval or not. I tried like changing even up to 4 digits and mostly got approved already since June. They just skipped mine and very few others, so I think we are pending on the background check still since he has a very common name. I can't wait to hit 5 months so fiance can call them.

AOS Journey:

March 30 - AOS/EAD/AP sent

April 2 - USCIS received

April 9 - NOA1

May 6 - Biometrics

May 7 - Case is ready for interview

May 21 - Request for EAD expedite

May 26 - contact congressman for EAD expedite

June 1 - EAD card in production

June 2 - EAD approved

June 6 - EAD/AP combo card received
