Fox news is the best place to send it. Conservatives are the only ones who will listen and spread the word. MSNBC CNN and others are too sympathetic to illgal immigrants.

Fox news will definitely air a news story. It is a shame the message will be grossly distorted to get their agenda across.

Are there no other networks in the US that actually broadcast unadulterated news. Apparently others have ruled out CNN and MSNBC, why not try news on PBS. At least it comes across, to me anyway, as fairly unbiased.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",

Dave Allen.

This is ridiculous. I tried contacting Leon Rodrigues but cant find ABSOLUTELY no contact information. it hurts so much. I filed for my fiancé in march 2014 and still no signed of NOA2. I emailed and called both TX senators. No absolute help whatsoever. did an info pass, the woman sat behind a window and told me the same words I read on USCIS case status word for word as if I cant read. I cried myself to sleep all the time, it is hard being away from your loved ones. As for me, I am copying this letter and send it to whoever my hands can write and email to. I AM SERIOUSLY TIRED OF ALL THIS B.S. people in TX that filed after me had already been approved. it hurts!

That is not correct, the tier 1 customer service reps have no clue. They are working on January and February as you can see on the stats here on the site. Not only that the TSC has an estimate of 5.5 months not 7 or 8. Although could extend that long, you can start contacting the right people and departments to get the help you need.

You are upset over 5 months? People who filed when I did waited longer than that for their spouses, some at over a year.

If you are having issues because you've spent 5 months apart from someone you haven't even lived with most likely, you need to take a breath and relax a little.

Separation is definitely not the hardest part of this journey, trust me. Maybe now should be the time to prepare your life for what is going to be the "magical fun" times of an cross-cultural marriage.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

I agree! There is no need to be rude or condescending. We are all long thru this journey and we are all at diff stages. We are also all aware that others have waited longer and that some have received their approvals in a matter of weeks. And knowing That doesn't take away the pain and frustration each individual feels. So pls stop criticizing her feelings like they don't matter just bc some waited longer.

You know what they say... If you have nothing nice to say...

so today it has been exactly one month since i wad officially entered in the USCIS system. yeah! i am hopping for a short wait but it is very unlikely. things that i have learned so far are:

1. frustration about waiting gets you no where.

2. it is possible but extremely unlikely that my case gets approved in less than 5 months. unless I have a reason to expedite (i Don't)(i wish my wife was living in the Philippines)

3. it feels good to move up in the VJ Nebraska processing times IGOR's list. ( I am not longer the last in the list)

4. The ARN change as early as mine most likely means that since i didn't put mine (the petitioner) because i an now naturalized, they filled it for me.

5. looking at the USCIS web site and looking up you case number does not help in any way. i have even changed numbers and it looks like there are at least 600,000 cases before mine gets done(wow that is a lot of people)

6. starting to gather papers for the next stage is a good way to use your spare time, and it may even help your process in the long run.

To all mi VJ friends... i wish you good luck in this process. i have read most of the posts that everyone has wrote and i feel that we will all be processed no later than by the end of this year!

stay as positive as you can and come here to vent some steam if you must. just don't get too angry at us. send all that anger to the proper place.

i will continue to keep in touch for the next few months.

bon voyage!

feliz travecia!

happy journey!
