Does anyone here know what would happen if my wife flew to either Canada or Mexico and I drove her across the border into America. I would not sneak her in, but would say that we have already started the visa process a long time ago. Would she be allowed to stay here with me as so many millions of other foreigners without visas are able to?

You can't say yes; any other answer will be follow up with questions on GC or visas.

Jjjjjjj that is a good one. We are trying to do it the right way and uscis make us wait while others just come illegaly and goverment have them as priority right now.

She would be denied entry without an appropriate visa.

She also can't go to Mexico or Canada without a visa.

Have you guys been in spouse visa processing for 1.5 years possibility?

Is that the frustration that's driving you to something I think you know is clearly illegal thing to do?
