Need help and clarification, please.

I am at the point where i need fill out AOF form and send in a package. My paymet of $88 has cleared and it says PAID.

My Question is i make about 34k and my household includes 4 ppl with applicant(mom), do i need to fill out a joint form for my wifes income. I have been reading that i need to fill out aof i 864 and if i want to combine my wife she needs to fill out i864 a. Is that correct..

We have been stressing about these papers a lot.

And i am reading all kinds of stuff. I need someone who went thru the process to help us out and tell us what to do... So many forums my brain is overthinking everything.

And after aof form what comes next. We are waiting for my moms papers to come so we can submit the other package with other information.

I think i may have confused the whole process cuz im over thinking it.

Yes, $34k is above the poverty level requirement for a family of 4. If you are using your income with your wife, you have to file an I-864 since you are the petitioner and you would need an I-864A to be filled out by your wife. You need your last 3 years tax transcripts or the full federal return, your w2s/1099s and current letters of employment/paystubs for you and your wife. After you file everything for the AOS package, they will review it for completeness and then you will then be able to pay the IV fee and submit the IV documents and the DS-260 visa application.
