Hi Everyone,

My K1 visa is approved!!! and I just would like to say "Thank you everyone" who helped me went through all these process and VJ !! Def a huge help for me these days! All the ppl here even I never actually talked to you, but the experienced you left on this site is extremely help a lot! Thank you everyone!

First step was the document check: The lady who checking all my documents actually told me " I think you would be good! All you document looks good and enough"

Second step : My interview went super quick, she didn't ask too many questions. Only " When, where, How did you meet your fiance? " " When and where you fly to State and get marry? " That was all she asked.!! and she said " okay, Your visa is approved now"!!!

Ofcuz I was shocked and ask her " excuse me ? " and she was super nice and said " Yes, It's approved"

For those who preparing the K1 visa, always prepare more than what they ask!! and extremely careful all the details. that would def help more!!

I am really really happy and finally feel relief.. and super excited abt going to US in 49 days !!

I just wanna share and cheer everyone here !! Everything will go the way it meant to be!! and it will be all worthy in the end!!!

Really Really Hope everyone can get their process as soon as possible!!! Good luck Everyone!!!!!! :goofy: All the best!!!!

7/15/2014 - Medical Exam

7/31/2014 - Interview day ( waiting..... (L) )

7/31/2014- VISA APPROVED!!!

Filing date: April 11, 2018

Filing method: Online

NOA1 date: April 12, 2018

Biometrics date: April 25, 2018

Interview scheduled/rescheduled: Jan 11, 2019/Feb 13, 2019

Placed in line for Oath: Feb 15, 2019

Oath scheduled for: Mar 21, 2019

I-751 Petition for removal of conditions sent: Apr 12, 2017

Welcome Notice hard copy received in mail, GC should arrive in 3 weeks (07/13/15)<p>

I went green and received my Green Card on (07/29/15)

Congrats! I sent I-129F 5 days before you did and I haven't even got my NOA2 yet but I'm also at CSC. So unfair.

I am sorry to hear that...totally understand no matter what I say u would still feel the same way.. but try to stay positive! It will come!!!

have u try to call CSC? I think u can try to call or email them. cuz i heard sometimes they would forgot some case or something. Hope everything goes well for you!!!

I didnt get NOA2 first actually. i saw my status changed on website, and I call NVC after.

Keep me update and hope everything goes well!!!!

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.
