Unfortunately received an RFE... Was dreading getting that! They're asking for my moms birth certificate as she was the sponsor, and it has to be the new one (we were all born in Puerto Rico so they gave new certificates in 2010) but I could've sworn I sent it. Oh well, I hope this doesn't push my hubby back too far.

That's unfortunate! Hopefully it doesn't delay it much :c

Just received notice on 01/09/2018 that my 10 year green card is being produced.   Does anyone know how to just update a phone number on USCIS?

received and RFE for new medicals from the Tampa office today. :( We leave for Europe in just a little more than 3 weeks from now. No way he'll have his greencard by then. :(

Right?!?! And also, the timeline from K1 medical appt to AOS application is less than 3 months! We more than did our part to apply in a timely matter. it's complete bull. :(

Ugh I can see them charging the filing fee again in the future if they take too long (just because they can). They should at least waive the medical fee for you. D:

I just randomly checked our status on the USCIS website and yay!!

On June 24, 2015, the Post Office picked up mail containing your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx. We mailed your card to the address you gave us.

Lance received his Welcome to America letter today dated 6/22/15. I could cry I am so happy! Thanking God for this blessing and the fact we didn't get smacked with a new medical request. The USCIS website still shows "Fingerprint fee received" with no updates since 8/28/14.
