Just received notice on 01/09/2018 that my 10 year green card is being produced.   Does anyone know how to just update a phone number on USCIS?

Although I doubt POTUS' remark on immigration reform will have any impact on current system...specifically, August filers, I hope their disagreement on dramatic relationship don't have any effect on us. TGIF!

On Monday I got a letter in the mail with my interview scheduled. Today I got a letter in the mail saying my interview is cancelled.

This kind of "mistakes" shouldn't be allowed, seriously..... :cry:

There has been multiple postings regarding similar issues. Does the letter state a reason?

Not sure and it's extremely frustrating to see/hear fellow aos filers receiving cancellation notice.

I also received a date for an interview recently...guess I'll continue to check my box for any unpleasant notice from uscis.

One of the August Filers (my not so good memory cant recall who) has the same case and they received a 2nd letter for the same date just different time. So dont worry too much. Everything will be OK. :)

08/20/2014 Application (I-130/I-485 concurrent filing) received at Chicago lockbox

09/04/2014 NOA (text and email) at 12:40 AM

09/05/2014 USCIS case status activated

I-485 is forwarded to Nebraska Service Center (dated 09/02/2014 for the fingerprint fee): Acceptance Status

I-130, I-131 and I-765 are all dated 08/20/2014 (all are at Initial Review)

09/08/2014 NOA hard copies received

09/12/2014 Biometrics appointment letters, scheduled on 09/24/204

09/24/2014 Biometrics done :)

11/08/2014 EAD in production (called USCIS 11/05/2014 and they put in a service request for me)

11/14/2014 Ready to be scheduled for interview! Hooray! :)

11/18/2014 Got my EAD/AP in the mail. ;)

12/06/2017 Received notice for interview (Jan 8) :D

01/08/2015 Interview, verbal approval

01/12/2015 New Card in Production!

01/17/2015 GC received!!! but not done yet, my name is "incorrect," I have not changed my last name yet and they change it in the card. The EAD and AP are correct though.

I know who you are talking about. I think that person got an email after 2 days of cancellation. I got a mail after 5 days of being cancelled. I am really sad and I cannot understand how they do this! Anyway, I hope this frigging mistakes doesn't happen to anybody else.

Yeah, I agree. I hope you receive a new schedule soon. That is really frustrating.

You're right, thanks. I am so happy you are getting your green card soon. Maybe that IO you got is "naturally mean." Im glad you are done with the whole ordeal. Congrats!!! :)
