Did you receive the approval letter in the mail? My ead was approved one day later than his, I think, and today I received the official letter saying it was approved. But the EAD was not inside of it. I don't know if this is normal or what O.o

I didn't get an approval letter.. i just got the EAD.

Never even got an approval notice at all on the website, it just went to Card Production.

maybe your approval notice was undeliverable too, and since there's no tracking number, you never even knew that.

I still didn't get my update saying the EAD was mailed with the tracking number, maybe I will hear something today.... I'll just wait

That doesn't make sense and it worries me.. everything else has come and the EAD had a perfectly good address but was still labeled undeliverable.

I think you'll hear something by the end of the day.

Why did I check the September filers?!? Their are applications are really moving fast. I mean, I'm happy for them but it is not fair!

So I got a letter from USCIS today saying that I'm a "potential interview waiver case", meaning I might not need to do an interview.

HOWEVER, due to workload delays, my delay will be approx 6 months from the date of that letter (Nov 12th).

I'm a little because I got some sort of confirmation but that it's another 6 months. Looking at another thread of workload delays, it does seem most people get it by the 6 month mark.

I'm glad it is 6 now or else I would call USCIS and ask them why?!? LOL. Hopefully somebody in USCIS will realize it and do the processing according to priority dates.

We got one of these in the mail today as well, also dated November 12th. Here's the perplexing part though: it's for our K2!!! Nothing for my husband. This just gets loopier as the days pass. Edited November 18, 2014 by Tina and Johan

hi.. we got the same and exact letter with the same date on the letter and i got it today.. its justt like prolonging the agony of waiting and not exactly a waiver for interview..

No such letter here, but we're not K1..LUD still shows 8/7/14.

Johan's EAD was approved on the 7th, went into production on the 10th, and, as of this morning, nothing about it being mailed yet. Like the rest of this process, looks like we're going to be slower than our fellow filers.

Your timeline is very similar to mine. I actually just got a notification today (as well as status change) that our EAD card was just mailed. Yours may be well on its way as well

It is! We got an email less than an hour ago saying his and his son's cards have been mailed today.

Wanted to add that there were no texts though, and that deviates from our experience.

Don't worry the next time I call USCIS, I will definitely tell them about it. I hope in December all of us here get our GC.
