Just received notice on 01/09/2018 that my 10 year green card is being produced.   Does anyone know how to just update a phone number on USCIS?

I hope that your case will still progress. I hope they will place the request for you as soon as they can fix the system so you dont have to repeatedly call them (or maybe you can specifically ask them to do so).

Im sure there will be movements soon for you as well!

he tried one last time, right when they were meant to close even though I said forget it, but it worked! He finally was able to place one!!

I hope that your case will still progress. I hope they will place the request for you as soon as they can fix the system so you dont have to repeatedly call them (or maybe you can specifically ask them to do so).

Oh that's great! From the day they sent a service request for my case, my EAD went to production within 3 days and my I-485 moved to 'ready to be scheduled for interview' within a week. So hope it will be faster for you. :)

Oh that's great! From the day they sent a service request for my case, my EAD went to production within 3 days and my I-485 moved to 'ready to be scheduled for interview' within a week. So hope it will be faster for you. :)

Thank you! It'd be great to be approved soon, but it's good to finally know we have a kind of back up with the service request. I know our I-485 probably won't be moving anytime soon though, my friend has the same field office and only about 3 months ahead of us and got the possible interview waiver, so I'm thinking we might as welll since Tampa is very backed up. But all me and my hubby care about is him being able to work right now! Thanks again!! :D

I finally got a tracking number and my EAD is set to be delivered by tomorrow hopefully.

2 saying card production for i485

1 for post decision activity for i130

and 1 for decision for i130

online status start showing card was ordered to produce for i485

and case was approved for i130

Johan's EAD was approved on the 7th, went into production on the 10th, and, as of this morning, nothing about it being mailed yet. Like the rest of this process, looks like we're going to be slower than our fellow filers.

Did you receive the approval letter in the mail? My ead was approved one day later than his, I think, and today I received the official letter saying it was approved. But the EAD was not inside of it. I don't know if this is normal or what O.o
