After we told him how the past 10 times we called, that the people said we were in the correct time frame, he did try to help. But then said they're having technical difficulties. Which they've been saying since Monday morning. Please keep me updated on if they assist you with submitting one or not!

I just talked to a super nice representative on the phone. He said that their system also upgraded and when he puts in service requests it works for one or two people and then the next person he helps he cannot get further than the second screen. So I guess I was that "next person" because he could not get past the second screen for me! He advised me to just call right back and maybe that representative can help me. Well I did not have the time to call back, so I have not tried it again. He was so apologetic about the wait and delays and glitches and was so understanding! He also could not believe what the lady told me last week about the 75 days that are not applicable to my case.

Yesterday, we were told the same thing, to call right back and we should be able to get help, but it still didn't work :/ it's just frustrating since it's been since Friday that this issue has been occurring! You'd think that almost a week later, they'd have it fixed!

And seriously, someone told you that?! The guy that told us the above, also tried telling us we had to wait until it was actually after 90 days, but when we told him all the other 10 times on the phone we were told we were on the correct time frame for a request, he tried helping.

Since you had that issue today, I probably won't bother with my husband calling, it's getting very tiresome a waste of minutes on these phone calls! Keep me updated, and I'll keep you updated as we'll!

Yup, the lady I spoke to last time said the 75 days are only applicable to deferred action...I tell you, the bad info you get sometimes. The man I spoke to today even said they have it in big red letters on their screen (I kid you not!) :D

I am on day 87 today, so I might try again...I will definitely keep you updated!

Any texts/ emails yet?

When my card went into production I didn't get notice for like 3 hours. The only reason I knew is because William decided to check the website (that was at 11-ish, no notice via text/ email until about 1:30)

What? I thought people getting deferred action were not eligible for service requests..

I'm super confused now.

Haha, I think I got through to the misinformation line, like I've seen others have called it :D It seems like it is something very simple that every representative should know, doesn't it...

Oh, I should add that the man I spoke to today said that the 75 day service request information is in big red letters on their screen, not the deferred action info! He was surprised that she gave me that wrong information. Sorry I see now how my sentence was a little unclear and confusing!

This really made me laugh! Their incompetence was the issue. If they can't do their job, they should expect patrons coming in to find their own packages!
