Received EAD and Advance Parole notice (approved). Further, aos status has been changed to "ready to interview..."

In re EAD and advance parole, am I suppose to expect a follow up card(s) via snail mail?

Very excited to see movement on aos application!!!

Oh yay!!! Since were in the same office, and our timelines are so close, this gives me hope!!!

That was the weird thing, when he handed me the envelope everything was fine. It had a name, address, apt number everything. I think the lady I called USPS didn't know what she was talking about or she was trying to get me off her back. She said that the letter had already been mailed back.

What the heck?! That's alarming. How on earth was that NOT deliverable, and also, how did USCIS know this to send you the notification? Good thing you know a guy!

It's the tracking number, USCIS gets notice when USPS makes an update.

Oh, of course. Duh me! ??? still, I see no reason it couldn't be delivered. That makes me worry (and lord knows, with this process, there's already enough to worry about!).

That pissed me off so much. Like how in hell was that undeliverable? The only thing I can think of is they were trying to stop the clock.. it's 2 day priority and Saturday was technically the 2nd day but it was too late to deliver?

Had our interview yesterday, 11/10 and everything went great and we were approved! They focused more on me asking questions relating to my work, and about my previous marriage. We provided additional copies of the affidavit of support as well as brought additional copies of all paperwork submitted for the AoS package. The only item they wanted a copy of the divorce decree from my first marriage. They did look through the 60 or so pictures that we brought, but did not really focus too much on them.

The only questions my wife was asked were 1) are you a terrorist 2) have you been a part of any terrorist org 3) are you a prostitute, or have you been 4) do you miss home 5) have you committed any crimes which you have not been charged

Just a note, they do review your i-129f package as they asked a few questions relating to the 'how did you meet' documentation we provided.

As a postal worker myself I can give you some insight. If they are trying to stop the clock it would be scanned as Attempted not Undeliverable. Perhaps they didnt have a proper address. Check with your local post office.

They hadn't attempted delivery. It went into the undeliverable status literally one minute after getting to the local post office. So I went to pick it up. When I got it it was fine, it had my name, the correct address and the correct apt number. It doesn't really make sense. I'm just glad I got to it before they shipped it back.

yet again having issues with "technical difficulties" at the USCIS customer service, so still wont let us file a service request. this is getting ridiculous and unfair :/ What kind of federal agency has technical difficulties for more than a day?!

and now they're also trying to tell my husband he has to wait until it's after 90 days to file a request. I feel like were back in the awful situation that was the K-1 visa :/ they didnt let us file a request then too!
