Thats the SAME thing they told me at my post office and thats why mine ended up lost ! When I went there the lady had a STACK of them that just eventually turned up back at the post office that they were holding hoping people would claim them. She said out of every 500 maybe 10 come with correct information, absolutely ridiculous!! I can't believe they just continue to send such sensitive documents in such a careless manner. How can they not realize what they're sending has NO correct info on them?! omg !!

That is all sorts of unacceptable!

Wow! So glad he found it. I am happy for you that you finally got it. ? You are indeed blessed.

Yeah. That was so nerve wracking!

So relieved.

This is all so frustrating. Called Friday since it was day 75, they said we had to wait until it's PAST 75 days. So we waited and called today, and they've had "technical difficulties" all morning so my husband hasn't been able to put a service request, and he's called 3 times already to see if it's back and working :/

got my EAD already last week and when i checked my status for my AOS on their website which is by the way looks new to me, i guess they updated their website or something. Anyway, the status update said "On September 18, 2014, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number msc.... Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by November 17, 2014, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed. "

until now i havent got any news from

them if ill have an interview or any decision..

my question now is, anyone here experienced that they didnt undergo interview yet their aos was approved?

It says you should hear something by the 17th.. fingers crossed.

I know some people get interview waivers.. but I think you might just get an update.

That was the weird thing, when he handed me the envelope everything was fine. It had a name, address, apt number everything. I think the lady I called USPS didn't know what she was talking about or she was trying to get me off her back. She said that the letter had already been mailed back.
