OMG.

I just got this notice:

On November 8, 2014, the Post Office determined your card for Receipt Number MSC1491483082, is undeliverable. We mailed your card to the address you gave us, but the Post Office could not deliver it. The tracking number assigned is 9205592338400150690599. You can use your tracking number at www.USPS.com in the Quick Tools Tracking section. Please go to

www.uscis.gov/e-request

to request that we resend the card to you. If you move, go to

www.uscis.gov/addresschange

to give us your new mailing address.

Everything else has come on time.. why this all of a sudden?

I don't get it.

I don't know what to do.

I read a thread about someone having this issue but got everything before, the issue that seemed to be was the persons name wasn't in the mailbox, to prove it's the correct one. Since it's such an official piece. Is the name in your mailbox? That's just my thought!

It is. But they didn't even get it to my house.. they determined it was undeliverable at the post office. Before sending someone out with it.

My husband is friends with the mailman he didn't get it for his route today. I haven't moved since filing, I changed my address with USCIS to this one before I even filed. Sooo I honestly have no idea what happened.

Good News...Nov 6th - I-485 changed to scheduling interview and the Employment Auth. changed to "Card is Being Produced" as of Nov. 7th.........

Anybody know how long the rest of the process will take as of this point?

Hi Guys....I'm a bit confused.

The I-485 status today went form "Acceptance" to "Tesing & Interview".....meanwhile the EAD status has not been touched since Aug 28 to "initial Review"......We're with the Nebraska office.

I thought the EAD status is supposed to change first and recieve the card first. Has anybody sene this happen this way?

Exactly the same thing happened to me a few days ago - We've been away in Vegas having our wedding celebration with our family and friends, and I have only been able to get on a computer to look at the website properly today.

My EAD is and AP are still in 'initial review' and I was told when I called USCIS on day 75, that I have to wait until after 90 days to put in a service request - That will be the 12th, so not long to go.

I hear Nebraska is slow, but I was under the impression that the EAD and AP are done at the local office? Either way, I'm living on the Mexican border, so I imagine my local office is very busy all the time.

Weird thing is they made that decision at the post office. It never once went out for delivery. How could it be undeliverable as addressed if you didn't even try to deliver it?

As in it left the sorting facility at 8.. got to the post office at 11:32 am and at 11:33 am they labeled it undeliverable.

My EAD is already in production. Nothing has changed for the other three. Well, that is still a progress. Guess service request works. Congrats to people who are getting their EADs and interviews.

Ugh. So according to USPS, the label on my EAD envelope only had the city state and zip code. No name and no address.

I called USCIS today asking why there is no info about my case in their website (appears Validation Error). The officer said it is because the website is new and still doesnt upload all the info... #######? Anyway, she said lots of people have been calling to ask the same thing.

You know how I said my hubby is friends with the mailman? We went to the post office first thing in the morning and the mailman looked through ###### everything to find the letter. AND HE FOUND IT! And I am crying so hard right now. I love this man.

Glad to hear and hope you had fun in Vegas!!!. Mine moved sinc ehtta last psot. My EAD changed to being produced on Friday (so a day later than the change on I-485 form). I think Nebraska is moving along now....finally! Give yours a look...i'm seeing changes everydya now

Thats the SAME thing they told me at my post office and thats why mine ended up lost ! When I went there the lady had a STACK of them that just eventually turned up back at the post office that they were holding hoping people would claim them. She said out of every 500 maybe 10 come with correct information, absolutely ridiculous!! I can't believe they just continue to send such sensitive documents in such a careless manner. How can they not realize what they're sending has NO correct info on them?! omg !!
