Well, still no movement on my case for EAD, AP or AOS. Although I did have an interesting experience yesterday - When I went to log in and check my case status', it said that I could not have access, as my account had been locked due to 'lack of activity' or 'too many invalid log in attempts'. Well, it definitely wasn't due to inactivity, as I check the site religiously, everyday! I reset my password, and I did post on another thread about the issue, as it seemed very off to me, and apparently you have to change your password regularly, and that is how USCIS prompt you to do it! I did s**t my pants a little at first lol, but after reading that it had happened to others and apparently is a common occurrence, I'm not worried about it now..

Just though I'd share, in case anyone else comes across this issue.

We are flying out of town tomorrow to renew our wedding vows with family and friends :) We had a small courthouse wedding when I arrived, with just two close friends as witnesses, so this week is our time to shine and celebrate properly, with the people we love! (L)

Hope you all hear good news this week! And hopefully by the time I'm back, I'll log in to some good news myself! :)

Yes I had to reset mine two weeks ago, ironically my EAD email came the evening following me resetting password lol. Enjoy your celebration and family, and hopefully you will return home to good news :)

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production
On November 3, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

FINALLY!!!!!

I am waiting now my interview date! Hopefully it will be soon!

did you receive an e-mail after you called them last week because it was day 75?

We called immigration last monday and we explained that we had been waiting more than 75 days. The officer said that we would have to wait 15 more days (90 days in total) before calling again. But I got an email yesterday saying "we ordered production of your new card" related to Application Type: I765

Congratulations Chilean!! That's great news.

Day 90 post-NOA1 here, and I just checked the USCIS site. still in initial review for EAD/AP and "acceptance" for AOS. I came here to gripe and post something along the lines of FML, but then I read this: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/521117-approved-refiled-k1-stokes-5-year-journey-over/ Now, really I'm just thankful that my husband is here with me and that part of the process is behind us! :) Happy Tuesday, everyone. :)

Techmedic, I lost your story after your NOA2. Congrats on your recent marriage!!! Like with the 129F petition, you will be able to track your process once you have the hard copies of your NOA1's. Good luck! :)

Yes I am surprised how quickly our interview was scheduled, especially seeing the website said my local office is at Feb 8, 2014 for AOS!! we were not expecting an interview until next year...instead here it is within 90 days!! It makes me so anxious!! I guess we cant win! too fast / too slow..OMG, no method to this madness!!

How'd it go?! details!!!! :D We also don't expect an interview until next year.
