It's been a month for me. After 15 days you should call them to ask about your EAD. 75 days after (biometrics or NOA?) you can put in a dispute.

Not sure which one of those.

Well Jackson ASC completely scre₩£$ me six ways to Sunday. Their building was closed. How do you not call someone who has an appointment to inform them that this is the case, wth!!!! It's almost a 3 he drive from where I stay, so I practically wasted 6 hrs of my life instead of going to work, Ahhhhhhhhhh.

A facilities issue, I called USCIS, and they said I can do a walk in tomorrow or reschedule, as if I want to spend 6 hrs. on the road and not go to work, and I have to travel for work next week.

I'm going to do a walk in a different location.

08/14/2014 Email received

08/19/2014 Notice of Acceptance received for all 4 forms

08/26/2014 Biometrics appointment received (09/12/14)

09/08/2014 Early Walk in Biometrics Dallas Texas

09/17/2014 i-485 updated "Testing and Interview"

09/24/2014 i-765 and i-131 updated. "approved and card submitted for production" update.

Welcome to the board. We have the same local office. I hear New Orleans can be slow, have you heard anything? Where you assigned to Jackson ASC, and walked in at Dallas instead? Would be in the interview waiting game but for the disappointment at Jackson ASC.

It is still less than a month after your biometrics. Others wait for 30-40 days (after biometrics) before receiving their interview appt so dont worry too much.

I'm suprised you had to come to Jackson location from Louisiana. That's crazy. sorry to hear that. yes i was assigned Jackson and walked in Dallas to get it done. i was there and would not be back in Jackson for my biometrics and did not want to reschedule.

Hi guys! I'm new here. I'm an August filer as well. Filed on 8/15 and received NOAs on 8/18.

Yesterday, I received an update saying that our interview is scheduled on October 31st!!!!!!

that was very fast. it may be you get GC before EAD/AP card. That happens sometimes. In the mean time i'll be waiting on an interview date. It is in the scheduling step. Already over 7 days since "testing and interview" update.

It is still less than a month after your biometrics. Others wait for 30-40 days (after biometrics) before receiving their interview appt so dont worry too much.

It did not state anywhere that we have to wait 3 months or what after you had the biometrics. You start counting the days on the date they received it. Now i have to wait 19 days, if still nothing happens i have to call them back (that's what the customer service said) so they could ask a service request. So she's saying if it still no changes after 75 days (On 2nd week of October) i have to call and they will ask a service request.

I just noticed today that so many cases before mine and after have been updated. Its either EAD approved or "interview and testing". My case and a few close to it havent been touched though.

I went back and forth around mine for more than 1000 and they all have around my NOA1 dates, and NONE are approved or anything. crazy. I can't believe how fast some of you are getting through this. We mailed ours on Aug 2, and people weeks after us are moving right along it's very frustrating. But at least it's not the K1 again, where he is not here. Patience is not one of my virtues.

We mailed ours on Aug 2, and people weeks after us are moving right along it's very frustrating. But at least it's not the K1 again, where he is not here. Patience is not one of my virtues.

Oh I totally understand you. My NOA1 is dated August 4 and biometrics done August 27. But nothing since then. And so, so many cases around mine have been updated. I have a feeling that they just skippped my case and the next 7 lol, really.

Oh well, i guess it's impossible to understand how this system works. No reason to keep checking other statuses and stress ourselves.

At least we are together with our loved ones so it makes this waiting much easier. Let's enjoy our first year of officially being a family

Im right there with you. I'm trying so hard not to be bitter. As long as I hear something by mid October I should be ok though.

The ludicrous thing about it all is that even IF he got his EAD today, he won't be working now until October 20. His family will be here from South Africa for our "wedding" from the 5th-18th, so what am I freaking out over? It's not like he'll work while they're here. What I want is to draw the "go straight to citizenship" card.

my NOA1 for EAD/AP was 31st July, so hopefully you guys will be hearing in the next week or so..
