Received the NOA for EA approval today! :dancing:

I had the biometrics on 8/28 so it took 22 days to get approval. Much faster than I expected to be honest.

USCIS gods are being nice to me so far this time around. **knocks on wood**

I hope everyone else sees updates on their cases as well!

That's fab news for you! Congratulations!

I'm hoping my EAD comes through promptly too - There's no way to really tell a time frame with mine. It says NEBRASKA but the receipt number is MSC, so I'm just going off the average 3 month mark for now, unless anyone else has any better info?! My biometrics were done a week ago, and no change on the website yet - Still as per my signature. No news is also good news folks!

We have the same date we filed the packet and same date of the biometrics but i didn't hear anything from them after my biometrics :( Congrats to you

For all who have their EADs approved or have had movement in their cases, could you post the first bit of your receipt numbers?

Without the last 2 or 3 digits? Maybe they go off that?

i.e. MSC14614730XX.

(Those are totally made up numbers btw)

no expedite! i am pleased, but i wish others before me got theirs already as i know how frustrating it is when they don't go in order!

My husband's bio was on September 8th and the woman had said it'd be 3 weeks. I hope she's right. It's strange I thought EAD usually take 90 days. Could USCIS be becoming more efficient???

from what I have seen, looking at others timelines etc, it seems definitely before 75 days, and usually between 60-65 days (from NOA1 for i765 date)

So...I got a job offer today! And was talking to HR about expediting my visa.

Then I went on the USCIS case status site to check my EAD status - and it has jumped to card/document production! I think I checked on Friday and it was still in "initial review". My AP and my AOS has not been changed. But the timing has really worked out well!
