Had my early walk-in for my biometrics today and it was succesful! Everyone was so friendly :)

I did not bring my marriage certificate though so i had to put my name what is written on my passport.

Does that mean that my working permit will not have my husband's last name on it?

Nevertheless, i was so happy coz they allow me to do my biometrics before my actual schedule. There were people who were not able to get in. Lucky me! :) I'm still worried about not having my husbands last name on my working permit though :-/

Just received notice on 01/09/2018 that my 10 year green card is being produced.   Does anyone know how to just update a phone number on USCIS?

Yes the Biometrics appointment was on my NOA (I-765 & I-485)

But I haven't received anything for the I-130.

Was your biometrics appt on your NOA1? Or was it a separate letter?

Adjustment of Status:

August 16th, 2014 my Package was sent (I-130, I-485, I-765)

August 19th, 2014 was delivered to the Chicago Lockbox and signed by D. Nesbit

August 25th, 2014 I received 3 emails and text messages @ 6:24 am and my checks were cashed

August 27th, 2014 I received NOA's/ Biometrics appointment for 09/09/2014

September 9th, 2014 Biometrics Done

November 5th, 2014 I-485 Testing and Interview (the new website says nov 4th)

November 6th, 2014 EAD Card Production

November 13th, 2014 EAD was mailed

November 14th, 2014 Received my EAD! ( Applied for my SSN 11/17/2014 & got my SSN on 11/22/2014)

December 17th, 2014 I was scheduled for my appointment for 01/21/14

January 21st, 2015 Aos Appointment

January 21st, 2015 Approved for 2-year green card


Removal of Conditions:

November 21st, 2016: My package was sent (I-751)

November 22nd, 2016: Package delivered to the California Service Center and signed by E. Barr

But I haven't received anything for the I-130.

Oh, that's so interesting! We FINALLY got the biometrics letters today. Their appts aren't until September 12, but at least now we know. It's the not knowing that sucks. I know you all know what I mean! LOL

Did my early walk in for Biometrics today in Birmingham, Al. I was the only one there. I showed them the itinerary of my travel for the scheduled date of biometrics appointment. They laughed about it that people always make things up but no one has ever shown them the flight itinerary :)

The entire process only took 15 minutes and I was out of the office in no time.
